Giuliana's yoga journey began not in a studio, but in a moment of resonance—a single vibration of Om that she heard while living in Paris during college. That instant awakened something profound. What started as a moment of curiosity has unfolded into a lifelong devotion to embodied wellness, creativity, and soul-centered leadership.

With over 25 years of experience in the world of fitness and holistic wellness, Giuliana is known for weaving strength, curiosity, and spirit into every offering she shares. She began blending visual expression with the science of movement, ultimately sculpting a teaching style that feels both structured and poetic.

She identifies as an artist of the Mind, Body, and Spirit—helping others sculpt their physical form, awaken vitality, and expand clarity of thought. Her classes and workshops are more than fitness—they are invitations for transformation, for living life as a work of art.

Early Career: Innovating Barre Programs

Shortly after graduating, Giuliana’s career took off as she began developing barre workshops and education programs for AFAA. Her leadership led to the creation and founding of the Barre Program at multiple Gold’s Gym locations, including Medford, South Boston, and Arlington, as well as the Heated Barre Program at the Weymouth Club.

Recognizing her innovative approach, Equinox recruited her to help facilitate new programs, followed by Life Time Athletic, where she now serves as an Elite Level Instructor (ELI). At Life Time, she continues to elevate programming across the country—always at the forefront of creating meaningful movement experiences.

Pioneering Yoga Education and Nervous System Work

At Life Time Westwood, Giuliana leads the 200-Hour LifePower Yoga Teacher Training and was the first to introduce the 100-Hour Yin/Meditation Program at both the Westwood and Chestnut Hill locations. Her training is rooted not just in yoga traditions but also in modern science.

Giuliana was the first to pioneer seminars at Life Time integrating Polyvagal Theory and nervous system regulation—a groundbreaking approach that brings together trauma-informed education, somatic awareness, and practical tools for emotional resilience.

Immersive Experiences and Lunar Events

When the WNDR Museum opened its doors, Giuliana was the first to lead lunar events that blended yoga, breathwork, sound healing, and immersive art. Her ability to curate multi-sensory, transformative experiences is part of what makes her work unforgettable. Each event is a gateway into deeper connection—with self, with others, and with the unseen.

Ongoing Education and a Spirit of Inquiry

Giuliana remains a lifelong learner. She holds a 500-Hour RYT, a YACEP certification with Yoga Alliance, and a Lifestyle & Wellness Coach certification from Harvard Medical School. She’s currently enrolled at the Peterson Academy, Jungian Life Dream School, and the C.G. Jung Institute of New England, diving deep into the psychological and symbolic dimensions of personal growth.

Her mission is clear: to help people transform their internal landscapes into radiant outward expressions of art—through movement, through story, and through soul.
