As a former professional fitness athlete and high school teacher, my life was built around improving my physical health, refining my aesthetics, and mastering new disciplines. I thrived on overperforming and pushing productivity, until I hit a breaking point. Burnout crept in, leaving me in a dark and lonely place. That was when yoga found me. It began with meditation and pranayama, eventually leading me to asanas and the deeper philosophical aspects of the practice. At first, staying focused and carrying the benefits through the day felt almost impossible. But I noticed that on days I skipped practice, anxiety, restlessness, and destructive thoughts would return. So I made a promise to myself to practice daily, no matter what. Ten years of consistent practice and studying ancient yogic scriptures led me to my first teacher training, and from that point on, yoga became my life’s path.

Building Feel 2 Heal

The first step into the yoga business came when I co-created a holistic healing concept with my ex-wife called Feel 2 Heal. We combined yoga, meditation, and energy healing into one offering, focusing on building a personal brand. In the early days, most of our work came from private and public group classes. Scaling wasn’t easy. The real challenge was figuring out our niche and truly understanding what services our audience needed and valued.

Lessons I’ve Learned

Starting small is not a weakness. In fact, it’s often the only way to truly see the path ahead. You don’t need to have the entire business blueprint ready. Begin with what inspires you most. With each step, clarity comes. My mission now is to share the infinite and transformative light of yoga so that more people can reconnect with themselves and live in peace.

My Message to Founders

You can’t serve the world if you’re running on empty. Your own practice, health, and inner peace are the roots of your business. When you protect that, the rest grows naturally. Stop waiting for the perfect plan. Take the first step now, and trust that the path will reveal itself as you walk it.
