Yoga didn’t enter my life until I turned 30. At the time, I was searching for something deeper—a way to feel grounded and more aligned with myself. I signed up for my first teacher training in Ireland with YogaWorks, and what began as curiosity turned into a turning point. That training cracked something open in me. It showed me that yoga could be both structure and surrender. It became a space where I could move with meaning, breathe with awareness, and live with more intention. Off the mat, I was navigating transitions, uncertainty, and the push to always be doing more. Yoga helped me slow down. It wasn’t always easy. There was self-doubt, fear of being seen, and imposter syndrome. But every challenge deepened my practice—and taught me how to meet life with more grace.

Grounded in More Than Yoga

Beyond the studio, I’m a multifaceted woman. My background is rooted in movement, Pilates, wellness, and a deep love for growth and community. I’m inspired by creativity, grounded by close relationships, and fueled by moments of quiet reflection.

Whether I’m teaching or simply connecting, I bring compassion, curiosity, and purpose to every interaction.

Teaching in Every Corner

My teaching journey began in Irish classrooms, where I brought yoga to children—helping them connect to their breath and bodies early in life. From there, it expanded into group classes, retreats, and immersive studio experiences.

Over time, my style evolved. I started blending mindful movement with breath, strength, and a focus on awareness. The goal was always to meet people where they are—on and off the mat.

Building Something of My Own

Eventually, I launched Am Fitness On The Go, a platform that allowed me to teach private clients and lead online classes from anywhere. It gave me freedom and allowed me to create personalized movement practices for real people living real lives.

This work has taken me from schoolrooms to retreat centers to virtual spaces—but at its heart, it’s always been about presence, connection, and helping others feel strong and seen.

Lessons I've Learned

Stepping into teaching brought healing—but also challenge. Learning to slow down, listen to my body, and find my voice took time. I had to unlearn the habit of always doing and embrace simply being. That wasn’t always easy. Running a business brought new challenges: marketing, managing operations, and building systems—areas that didn’t come naturally. I had to grow fast and learn often. There were moments I questioned if I could handle it all.

But the truth is, we don’t have to do it perfectly. We just have to keep showing up. I’ve learned to ask for support, trust the process, and give myself permission to rest. I’ve learned that leadership isn’t about having the answers—it’s about staying honest and aligned with your values.

Authenticity is everything. When I lead from who I truly am, my work becomes not only sustainable—but deeply fulfilling.

My Message to Founders

To anyone building from the heart: this path will stretch you. You’ll wear many hats and face moments of doubt. But you’ll also grow in ways you never imagined.

Don’t wait to feel ready. Show up with honesty. Let your work reflect who you are, not who the industry says you should be. Rest when you need to. Trust your instincts. And never forget—your energy, your voice, your way of teaching… it’s enough.

Keep building something real.
